Promotion by Selection
Highly productive or high-achieving employees are selectively promoted through a special process overriding standard process rules.
Bonus
Up to a 300% bonus can be awarded to employees with excellent achievement records at the annual assessment.
Early Promotion
When an employee’s assessment points reach a specified level, he/she is promoted without regard to the standard process.
Profit Sharing
Up to 400% of one’s monthly wage can be shared with employees according to the company’s operating successes.
Staff Level
