Here are answers to applicants’ common questions.

  • Is there a difference when recruiting rookies and experienced workers? 열기
    There is no difference in recruiting rookies and experienced workers. After reviewing applicants’ documents, we interview them and have them take written tests. Afterwards, according to their points earned, we select three applicants for the final interview.
  • How is the first interview carried out? 열기
    For those who pass the document review, the first screening stage is carried out. Applicants must take the paper test, foreign language test, and job interview. Interview types include a group interview, 1:1 interview, presentation, debate interview, and in-depth interview.
  • How is the second interview carried out? 열기
    Three applicants are selected from the 1st stage. Executives interview applicants to evaluate their qualifications and personality.
  • Who can apply for your company? 열기
    We have frequent and annual recruitment systems. When we need employees urgently, we use the frequent recruitment. We post requirements on our website. If you have the required qualifications, you can apply. For annual recruitment, you can upload your CV to our HR database. When we need additional employees, we will contact you.
  • Are there any requirements for rookies? 열기
    There is no limit on educational background, age or gender. You should have no reason for not being able to travel abroad. If you are male, you must fulfill your military obligation.
  • Are there any requirements for experienced workers? 열기
    Requirements can vary depending on the team looking for new team members. View our recruitment post, and then contact our HR representative for more information.

  • I have a Master’s degree. Can I apply? 열기
    As long as you meet all the requirements, you can apply and your past does not matter. However, if you want to change the team you are applying to after already sending in an application, contact our HR representative.
  • Do I need a certificate for foreign language? 열기
    A certificate for foreign language can be used as a reference material, but you do not need one to apply.
  • Do I need to have studied the majors included in the recruitment post? 열기
    Majors included in the recruitment post are the most suitable majors for the job. If your major is different from them, you can still apply.
  • Is there an age limit? 열기
    We do not have an age limit.
  • I am scheduled to graduate from university. Can I apply? 열기
    For rookie recruitment, you should have already graduated or be scheduled to graduate in August or February.
  • Do I need to have extensive knowledge when applying for a job? 열기
    Except for production, quality control and environment safety, we do not have a limit on your major. For those applying for the above jobs, we review the applicant’s capabilities during the first interview.
  • Does the certificate that I have make a big difference? 열기
    Your relevant certificate will be helpful. However, it does not decide your employment. Special requirements for certain certificates will be posted.
  • I failed before. Can I reapply? 열기
    Yes, you can reapply.
  • Can I apply by mail or by visiting your office? 열기
    No. We only receive applications via recruiting sites (Saramin, Incruit, Job Korea, etc).
  • How can I know if my application is received? 열기
    You can check your application status from the application status page of the recruiting site.
  • What documents should I submit when sending an application? 열기
    You can submit your academic transcript, graduate (scheduled) certificate, language test certificate, career certificate and other relevant certificates for the first interview. Applicants who pass the first interview may need to submit additional documents, which will be informed later.
  • Do you have a dormitory? 열기
    We have a dormitory (nearby apartment) for single long commuters.
  • How can I apply? 열기
    We only receive applications via recruiting sites (Saramin, Incruit, Job Korea, etc). Download the application from such sites.
  • Do you accept the TOEIC certificate only? 열기
    We accept the TOEIC certificate with a score of 700 or higher. If you do not have one, you can submit the TOEFL or HSK certificate.
  • If I transferred university, how I should fill in the application? 열기
    If you transferred university, you can select “Entrance” for the graduation status of your first university.
  • Is there a character limit for self-introduction? 열기
    For a rookie, the character limit is 1,000 characters, and for an experienced worker, it is 2,000 characters. For a researcher, there is no character limit.
  • How is the interview for rookies carried out? 열기
    Interviews consist of the 1st interview with managers and 2nd interview with executives. The first interview focuses on professional knowledge to determine if the applicant can be deployed to the field right away. In addition, we select one method among many interview methods, and inform the applicant beforehand. For example, if we chose the group interview, we will give applicants one topic, and then measure their debate performance. For the individual interview, we will evaluate the applicant’s professional knowledge, foreign language skills, and basic competence. We will hold the second interview with those who pass the first interview, and check the applicant’s suitability, capability, value, mind, creativity, and challenging spirit/passion.
  • How is the interview for experienced workers carried out? 열기
    In the same manner as rookies, interviews consist of the 1st interview with managers and 2nd interview with executives. The interview focuses on the applicant’s in-depth professional knowledge, career, project experience and cooperative capability.
